I’m Chanel, founder of Lead Remarkably
After nearly 20 years in leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and The Carlyle Group, I stepped away from corporate life to reflect on what effective leadership truly requires. That journey became the foundation for Lead Remarkably.
Today, I help professionals navigate leadership responsibilities, workplace challenges, and career transitions with practical strategies grounded in real-world experience.
Throughout my career, I've led teams, managed multi-million-dollar initiatives, developed business strategies, supported executive leaders, and partnered with clients across complex organizations. I've also experienced leadership from both sides of the table—advocating for my own growth while helping evaluate, develop, and advance talent.
My work has been recognized through industry and workplace awards, including a 40 Under 40 distinction and leadership honors in finance and workplace culture.
Outside of work, I'm a Brooklyn native living in New Jersey, an avid traveler, event design enthusiast, and someone who believes deeply in the power of meaningful relationships.
