About Me
I’m Chanel, founder of Lead Remarkably by Chanel Renee.
For nearly 20 years, I held leadership roles at JPMorgan, Bank of America, and The Carlyle Group—building high-performing teams, launching innovative products, managing global initiatives, and supporting major clients across industries.
What inspired me most was developing people—helping emerging leaders grow with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of purpose.
Today, through Lead Remarkably, I help organizations cultivate women leaders who drive results and lead with integrity in every direction—up, down, across, outward, and inward.
I’m a Brooklyn native now living in New Jersey, a passionate traveler, an event design enthusiast, and someone who never passes up a new experience. Above all, I value meaningful relationships—with my family, my friends, and the people I’m honored to serve.
